Why did you join MTN?
The environment, culture and clients we get to work with. I’ve been able to work on some really exciting projects for Redwire Space, and AIAA – who are companies at the forefront of the space industry. I’ve learned a lot and didn’t realize how much was going on right above our heads!
What do you enjoy most about your position at MTN?
The collaboration. We have the best team ever. Everyone is so committed to producing the best work possible. Our clients are open to us being innovative and giving us creative flexibility.
What do you like about working hybrid?
Flexibility. So far I’ve worked from St Pete, Raleigh, and Moab. I love that the work can go with me wherever I go. I can still focus on serving our clients, making sure our team has everything they need — all while exploring new places.
What are some of your hobbies?
Outside of work I love to row and am on a local rowing team. You can also find me at a campsite, on my gravel bike, and I love to curl up with a good book — anywhere, anytime.
What do you like most about living in Florida?
That’s a hard question to answer in the middle of summer, but I really like how much there is to do outside and the nature aspects. I’m originally from Oklahoma, so my mind was blown when I got to see jelly fish, manatees and gators for the first time. I also think it’s awesome that we live on the Space Coast. Seeing rocket launches never gets old.
