Boston, MA: MTN Advertising, a Satellite Beach based ad agency, recently edged out a list of big city agencies to receive “marketing rights” for the 4th annual R & D conference held by the International Space Station. The ISS R&D Conference 2015 took place July 7-9 at the Boston Marriott Copley Hotel.

The increasingly high-profile event showcased the latest innovations, breakthroughs and discoveries onboard the ISS and aimed to “bring together the leading minds in scientific research from the commercial and academic communities”. The conference drew more than 700 attendees, and featured Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, as its star speaker.

In collaboration with NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), AAS (American Astronautical Society) and CASIS (Center for the Advancement of Science in Space), MTN was tasked with redefining the look of this year’s conference. The agency created the theme, “Gain A New Perspective”, which played on the new experience attendees can expect, as well as the vantage point provided by space-based research itself.
